We also

Supply you with a CAD drawing of your proposed Conservatory, Orangery or Porch.
Carry out the building work including plastering of all internal walls.
All frames will be manufactured using 70mm PVCu profile, fully reinforced and internally glazed using 28mm Pilkington K Toughened Safety Glass double glazed units.
Shootbolts fitted on all opening windows and hook claw locking mechanisms on all doors.
Roofs can be glazed in a variety of glazing materials ie triple skin polycarbonate in a variety of colours, Pilkington Toughened Safety Glass, Pilkington Activ (self cleaning glass) or tiled. All incorporating finial if required and rainwater systems.
All Conservatories and Porches will be finished with joists and wooden floor (ready to take a floor covering of your own), electrical sockets and ceiling light with fan, new windowsills and skirting board.

Various stand-alone heating systems are available, prices on application.

The majority of Conservatories, Orangeries and Porches are within the permitted planning regulations now but we can apply for planning permission on your behalf to your local planning office if it is required.
